And an award too...from the very lovely and ultra talented Julie ...thank you, you do know how to make a persons day!!

I have to now pick 7 of my favourite blogs and the rules are:
1. The winner can put the logo on their blog
2. Link the person you received your award from
3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs
4. Put links of those blogs on yours.
5. Leave a message on the blogs of the girls or boys you’ve nominated

Oh gosh...I genuinely DON'T know who to choose...I visit all of the links to the right on such a regular basis, plus all the talented people who take part in Tag You're It ... they're all worthy of this award and all my favourites :)
So, I can barely see out of the window for the rain running down it...do you think we've had our summer? Again too much procrastination meant we didn't get things done that only the warmer weather allows...I didn't wash the kitchen sofa covers (shouldn't have got a white sofa with a black dog really should I?) ... and we didn't get to bath the dogs. Not that Meg minds, she HATES having a bath ... she seems to think we're doing it to her as some kind of punishment but she can't fathom out what she's done that was SO bad!! I guess I could just put some doggy shampoo on her and leave her out in the rain??
Anyhoo....
Made this a while ago (I actually made two of these but as they're the same, there's no point in showing both :P)

Have to agree with Penny - very elegant indeed!
Wow stunning work well done hun xxx
As always this is beautiful, gentle pastel colours, lovely stamping, totally gorgeous.
I managed to wash my furniture covers during a very brief appearence of the sun but couldn't quite get them all dry so I finished them the dryer and it took ages to get them back on, obviously shrunk a bit! I was wrestling those cushions for ages. So much so I had to take to my bed when I'd finished, I was quite worn out!!
